This presentation will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how the Detroit Lions will be utilizing the Trace3 Analytics War Room at Ford Field to make real-time decisions to impact the fan experience. From this room, the Detroit Lions data analytics team will optimize the game day experience by analyzing real-time data across ticketing, concessions, retail, attendance, parking, and more.
