Jose Diaz
Jose Diaz is executive vice president of Strategic Partnerships and Communications at SMAC Entertainment, a talent management firm, business incubator, and Emmy-nominated production company co-founded by Constance Schwartz-Morini and Michael Strahan. For more than a dozen years, Diaz has deftly navigated the intersection of entertainment, sports, and culture, while managing talent and reputation, developing award-winning content, and driving authentic, fulfilling partnerships.
Diaz has worked closely with some of the most transcendent and successful figures, including Strahan, Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders, Erin Andrews, Tony Gonzalez, Nikki and Brie Garcia, Wiz Khalifa, and Diana Flores, for whom his team handles all business opportunities, marketing engagements and deal flow. Diaz works closely with iconic companies and startups alike to find brand/talent synergy, manages these partnerships from concept to implementation and drives value.
An accomplished television, film and audio producer, Diaz has worked on a range of productions: The $100,000 Pyramid (ABC), Deion’s Double Play (ESPN) and Coach Prime (Prime Video), American Football (Audible), Kids’ Choice Sports Awards (Nickelodeon), and Wiz Khalifa: Behind the Cam (Apple). He has also been a key figure in launching multiple consumer products businesses, including Michael Strahan’s eponymous lifestyle brand and WEAR by Erin Andrews. In 2025, he was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s inaugural list of the top sports agents and managers in Hollywood.
