Teodora Ivanova-Limon is the Chief Business Officer at WTA Ventures, the commercial arm of the WTA. In her role, Teodora is focused on building upon the WTA’s 50-year legacy by elevating the global profile of women’s tennis and accelerating commercial growth for the benefit of fans, players, tournaments, and all stakeholders in the sport.

Teodora brings over 15 years of experience in sports, media, and gaming, having led strategic partnerships, business development, and innovation initiatives at Google, emerging technology start-ups, and within EY-Parthenon’s strategy consulting practice. Her career has been defined by pioneering new business models, leading global cross-functional teams, and incubating strategy and business operations to drive long-term impact.

She holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
