Josh Brickman serves as Vice President of Business Strategy for the Boston Bruins and TD Garden, a role that he has held since 2016. Brickman is responsible for managing the business intelligence and strategic digital marketing for all revenue areas of Boston Bruins & TD Garden, which includes digital marketing, data solutions, and an analytics group. Brickman is known for his broad-based sports business strategy and research expertise, as well as his ability to find solutions to long-standing problems. In his role, he leads the company’s drive to a more connected TD Garden, by implementing various data solution platforms. Brickman and his team use data collection from a variety of sources to help better serve fans. Brickman’s expertise on applied analytics to drive bottom-line revenue helps guide direction on consumer marketing, retention, sales strategy, CRM, as well as sales planning – all with an eye on toward keeping the Boston Bruins & TD Garden as an industry leader in digital trends and maximization.
