Steve Heiner is Managing Director at Andalusian Private Capital and Andalusian Sports Advisors. Andalusian is a next-generation direct investment, advisory and merchant banking platform with $2B+ in commitments1. The firm is active across the sports landscape including with teams, leagues, and sports-related businesses.

Andalusian Sports Advisors recently served as advisor to The Friedkin Group on its acquisition of Everton FC, Dea Spanos Berberian and siblings on a 27% stake sale in the LA Chargers, Vinik Sports Group on its sale of the Tampa Bay Lightning, a high net worth family on its minority stake acquisition in the Philadelphia Eagles, Josh Harris on his acquisition of the Washington Commanders, and David Tepper on his acquisition of the Carolina Panthers and subsequent minority stake sale in the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Prior to joining Andalusian, Steve was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley where he specialized in Sports and Media/Cable M&A. Earlier in his career, he was a strategy consultant at Accenture focused on the technology and media sectors.

A Pittsburgh native, Steve earned a BS with Honors in Finance & International Business from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from New York University. He lives in the New York City area with his wife, Kelsey, and three kids.
