Denitza Batchvarova serves as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Finance for TKO, a premium sports and entertainment company that comprises UFC and WWE. In this role, Batchvarova identifies and executes strategic initiatives for the combined company with a focus on financial planning and analysis and mergers and acquisitions.

During her career with UFC, Batchvarova has played a vital role in the company’s rapid growth and success, which fueled its record $4 billion sale to Endeavor in 2016. She has also been an instrumental part of the executive team that has led UFC to four consecutive record-breaking financial years from 2019 – 2022.

Prior to joining UFC, she worked in investment banking at Citigroup in New York, where she worked on M&A, equity and debt capital raising, and restructuring transactions.
