A 25-year veteran of the sports industry, Matt is the President of Reebok. He is responsible for Reebok's strategy, business, and brand operations around the world. Matt has pioneered Reebok's return to its fitness and running roots, overseeing the creation of a new range of innovative products and services for the Millennial Consumer. During his tenure at Reebok, Matt has forged unconventional alliances with fitness-focused organizations and leveraged these partnerships to establish Reebok as the new thought leader in the fitness industry, and driven a turnaround of Reebok's business globally, with increased profitability and 13 consecutive quarters of growth. Before becoming Reebok's president, Matt served as president of Reebok North America, and prior to that he was president and CEO of Reebok-CCM Hockey. Matt holds an MBA from Northwestern University. In 2012, Matt summited Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise money and awareness for Reebok's Social Purpose Platform, BOKS.
