JGR was faced with a unique challenge of developing analytics capability while also finding ways to generate the data necessary to maximize the value of analytics for car and athlete development. Their experience led to an unexpected focus on the athlete and has positioned JGR as an industry pioneer in human performance and optimization, leading to the development of the Joe Gibbs Human Performance Institute.
