Todd Martin
Todd Martin is a former Olympian, World #4 ranked tennis player, professional coach, and sports executive.
He was the singles finalist of the 1994 Australian Open and the 1999 US Open, and a member of the US Davis Cup team from 1994 to 2002, including the 1995 championship team. At the peak of his playing career, Martin was elected by his peers to serve as President of the ATP Tour Player Council for eight years. Upon his retirement from playing, he coached Mardy Fish and Novak Djokovic.
In 2025, Martin joined Swing Racquet + Paddle (Raleigh, NC) as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer. Swing is re-imagining the fragmented racquet sport landscape by developing large scale, experience forward properties across the US with an approach bridging recreation, performance, and wellness.
Prior to his role at Swing, Martin served as CEO of the International Tennis Hall of Fame, Head of Tennis at Beemok Capital, Tournament Director of the Cincinnati Open, and Founder / President of Todd Martin Tennis.
In 1993, Martin co-founded Todd Martin Youth Leadership in his hometown of Lansing, MI. For the past 30+ years, the organization has served at-risk youth by providing tennis, education, life skills, and leadership development programming.
