Lori Conkling is the Global Head of Media Co Partnerships at YouTube, overseeing a multi-billion dollar P&L for Google. She drives transformation and international growth for the TV, Film and Sports verticals across all of YouTube’s platforms, including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, FAST and PayTV. Under Conkling’s purview, revenue for these verticals has more than doubled.

Conkling’s responsibilities include negotiating long term, complex partnership deals with broadcast and cable networks, national and regional sports networks and individual sports leagues. She is a lead representative for YouTube to industry organizations, influencers, advertisers, distribution partners and YouTube creators. She serves on YouTube’s Leadership Council, which is responsible for executing the company’s long range Plan.

Prior to joining Google, Conkling was Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for NBCUniversal’s Digital Enterprises team. Earlier in her career, Conkling held senior distribution and business development roles at A+E Networks and The Walt Disney Company. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Every year since 2010, Conkling has been named one of CableFAX’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Cable. She was also named one of the 30 Most Influential People at YouTube by Business Insider in 2020. Conkling is on the Board of Directors for Teach for America and the T. Howard Foundation (an organization focused on promoting diversity in the media industry).
