Kayla Jennings plays a central role in NBA and WNBA marketing at KLUTCH Sports Group, where she also leads women's NIL marketing, quickly emerging as one of the most influential marketers in athlete brand partnerships. In three years, she has closed a multitude of landmark deals helping drive KLUTCH's vision to become the go-to agency for women's sports, building athletes into global icons through culturally relevant, purpose-driven collaborations.
Kayla’s work is redefining what athlete marketing can look like. She spearheaded the NYX x JuJu Watkins partnership, the first-ever college athlete makeup brand deal, and developed the Chipotle x JuJu Watkins team-wide NIL activation, campaigns that have set new benchmarks for creativity, representation, and cultural impact across the industry.
Prior to KLUTCH, Kayla earned her MBA while working at Converse, interned at WME, and honed her strategic expertise at a leading agency. A former D1 athlete herself, she brings a deep understanding of the player perspective to every partnership, helping athletes build authentic identities that extend beyond the game and inspire future generations
