Frank Marcos

Product Manager, Scouting Technology, LBi Dynasty

About

Frank is the Product Manager of Scouting Technology at LBi Dynasty. He provides insight and scouting expertise for the development of scouting and analytics applications. Frank joined LBi after 31 years at the MLB Scouting Bureau where he last held the position of Senior Director. Frank has been instrumental in the continued development of LBi’s Amateur Draft Application, an application that gives professional sports teams a competitive advantage on draft day and the months leading up to it.


In addition to his role at LBi, Frank works as a Technical Commissioner for the World Baseball Softball Confederation, having participated in several international World Cups, including the 12U in Taiwan in 2017 and the 23U in Colombia in 2018. Frank is a WBSC instructor for the World Children’s Baseball Fair, hosted by Hank Aaron and Sadaharu Oh, held in Japan. This year will be his 10th year as an instructor for the WCBF. Frank has been a board member of the Professional Scouts Foundation for nearly 10 years, supporting the efforts of founders Dennis Gilbert and Roland Hemond.
