John is a Sports Analytics Lecturer & newly appointed Sports Analytics Program Director at UNC-Charlotte. John also works as a TV Sports Statistician with ESPN and has been with them for over 10 plus years. He has worked the last four Summer Olympics, the 2019 & 2023 World Cup & hundreds of college and professional games. He is also the founder of Strength in Numbers; a non-profit organization created to teach sports analytics to underrepresented students to help create a more diverse pipeline of candidates in the Sports Analytics industry. He resides in Charlotte, NC.
