Eric Menell is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Media and Communications Investment Banking and the Global-Co Head of Sports Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in June 2008, he spent 11 years at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he began his career as an investment banking analyst in 1997 and primarily focused on large-cap media mergers and acquisitions. In 2017, Eric was profiled by Variety in its inaugural New York Dealmakers Elite list and named to the list again in 2018. Eric graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
