Brandon Shore is entering his 10th season with the Dolphins, having been promoted to vice president of football administration in January 2019. Shore serves as the team’s lead negotiator for player contracts and is responsible for managing the salary cap, day-to-day football administration matters, football operations budgets, club compliance with the NFL’s CBA and as the organization’s liaison on labor relations and league matters.
Shore also held roles as team’s senior director of football administration (2016-18), senior director of human resources (2015-16), director of human resources (2014-15), senior manager of human resources & football administration (2014), finance & legal affairs specialist (2012-14) and football administration assistant (2010-12).
Shore received a B.S. in accounting and business from Elon University. He also holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
