Erin Golden is currently a Manager on the Express Lane Team at Nike in Portland, OR, where she focuses on operational speed & responsiveness to meet consumer demand. She received her MBA and MS in Mechanical Engineering at MIT, and was a co-lead for the 2017 Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. Prior to MIT, Erin worked for ExxonMobil, where she held a variety of positions in sales and operations. Erin is also graduate of Penn State University (We Are!) where she earned a BS in Chemical Engineering. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Erin is a dedicated Steelers and Penguins fan. When she isn’t cheering on one of these teams, she can be found hiking, reading, or trying to teach herself to cook.
