Equity Analytics and the NFL's Rooney Rule

This session will consider the impact of the Rooney Rule on the representation of NFL coaches of color – and leaders of color beyond the NFL. Novel analytics focused on how coaches enter the NFL and progress up the coaching ladder highlight opportunities to enhance the Rule’s impact.
