Tracey leads strategy across all three of Sony's Sports Businesses (Hawk-Eye Innovations, Pulselive and Beyond Sports) to deliver against the ambitious growth roadmap of the group’s products and solutions. She is building  world-class technical teams that drive the innovations and technical excellence required to achieve business goals.

Prior to joining the group, Tracey was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Technology and Delivery at YouView where she transformed the technology strategy and operating model to enable the business to become more flexible, efficient and commercially focused at scale. Tracey has nearly 20 years’ experience of forming and leading high performing multidisciplinary teams, in environments of rapid growth and change, to deliver best in class technology and end user products and services.
