Suzanne Norris is a General Partner at Visible Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies. Launched in 2016, Visible Ventures has over 40 companies in its portfolio with a focus on ones that are building products, services and technologies that deliver exceptional consumer experiences.

Suzanne has been a General Partner at Visible Ventures since its launch, bringing over 15 years of operating experience to the firm. Having begun her career at Robertson Stephens as an Investment Banking analyst, Suzanne then worked at CMGI where she evaluated their add-on acquisitions and investments. Suzanne then joined The Parthenon Group where she worked with corporate clients on their strategies and private equity clients on their due diligence for investment opportunities. After Parthenon, Suzanne joined Liz Claiborne Inc where she developed ecommerce strategies and led the ecommerce businesses for 7 portfolio brands including Kate Spade. After leaving Kate Spade, Suzanne started her own consulting practice to work with smaller consumer brands that wanted to develop ecommerce strategies that aligned brand and commerce goals.

Ms. Norris has an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from Harvard University. She lives in Cohasset, MA with her husband and three children.
