Shaun Meredith, Co-Founder and CTOShaun has over 30 years of startup and software development experience.  He is a 4-time founder of technology companies that have focused on machine learning, cloud computing and AI.Before forming Omnic, Shaun was the senior project manager for Apple, responsible for the implementation of the World’s largest educational technology program. Shaun also served as the Executive Vice President of Product at Oculus Technologies Corporation, a pioneer in the use of neural networks and genetic algorithms for Internet based team collaboration. As the CTO of Chimani, a company specializing in mobile offline travel guides, he established a partnership with Google to launch a new mobile search product at Google I/O.Shaun, is a former U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer, the author of a patent, and an avid proponent of technology entrepreneurship. He has a BS in Fusion Nuclear Engineering and MS in Applied Plasma Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is currently completing his PhD at MIT in the use of autonomous software agents.When he is not involved in building an emerging new technology he can be found sailing or rowing in coastal Maine.
