Stef Strack

Founder & CEO, Voice in Sport, and Voice in Sport Foundation

About

Stef Strack is the Founder and CEO of VOICEINSPORT, the digital platform keeping girls and women in sport and elevating their voices, and the VOICEINSPORT FOUNDATION, the global non-profit supercharging sport science and research and advocating for equality. She has over 18 years of experience at the intersection of sports, lifestyle and technology, spending 14+ years at Nike, where she held multiple Executive roles, and time at Rag & Bone, where she served as a Board member and CEO. Strack’s passion for advocacy and background in sport led her to leave the comfort and security of her positions in the business world in 2019 and create VOICEINSPORT to support the journey of girls and women in sport, and she’s never looked back. Strack has found success in taking a fundamentally new approach to driving change – putting the needs of young girls at the center of everything and allowing their voices to narrate the work. Over the past 2 1/2 years, she and the VIS Advocates – a group of young women in high school and college – have tackled Title IX reform and successfully become a leading voice on Capitol Hill. The girls held 5 Capitol Hill days, 30+ member office meetings, and wrote and announced The Fair Play for Women Act to help strengthen Title IX by creating a framework that will help fulfill its original promise for this generation and future generations. Strack is providing young girls and women the tools they need to maintain their love of sport, elevating their voices and supporting them in driving the change they wish to see in the world.
