Over her 20-year career, Sezin has gained extensive experience in business strategy, revenue optimization, sales, marketing, and analytics across a range of industries, including travel, sports, film, and live entertainment. She has held roles at American Airlines, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Legendary Entertainment, AXS, and at AmaWaterways.

At AmaWaterways, a global award-winning luxury cruise line, Sezin is overseeing newly formed Revenue Management, Analytics & Insights globally leading efforts to strengthen analytical capabilities, optimize revenue strategies, and support sustainable, strategic growth across the organization.

She started teaching Entertainment Analytics at UCLA Anderson School of Management's Master of Science, Business Analytics Program bringing many case studies centered on use of data and analytics from her expansive career in sports, movies and live entertainment sectors to the classroom.  

Previously at AXS, Sezin built the Global Data team, leading data strategy and initiatives to drive behavioral and transactional insights, including revenue optimization across the event lifecycle. She also led B2C and B2B marketing strategy for AXS, implementing and managing a broad suite of MarTech tools and driving personalized marketing strategies for the company and its sports and music clients.

Before AXS, Sezin helped build the Applied Analytics Strategy division at Legendary Entertainment, using data to inform marketing and greenlighting decisions for films. Prior to that, she founded the Business Analytics team at the Cleveland Cavaliers, introducing then-novel revenue optimization strategies for games and events.

Sezin began her career in the travel industry at American Airlines, where she spent four and a half years in Revenue Management and Corporate Sales teams.

Sezin holds a Bachelor of Science from Duke University, where she majored in Economics, Mathematics, and Italian, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, three children, and their dog, Cooper. Sezin enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and volunteering in her community.
