Senior Vice President, Global Data Strategy & Analytics, AXS
Sezin is SVP of Global Data Strategy & Analytics where she oversees Data & Analytics, and Consumer Marketing and Martech Strategy teams at AXS. In this role, Sezin manages the analytics maturation of the AXS ID, identity-based ticketing, and the development AXS IQ, a business intelligence product empowering AXS partners with tools to identify ticket sales, transfers, and scanning patterns and demographic trends to make strategic ticketing and marketing decisions in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Additionally, Sezin leads consumer marketing strategy & execution, and real-time personalization initiatives on AXS.com and the AXS app to optimize customer journey throughout the event lifecycle. Prior to AXS, Sezin has honed expertise in business strategy and analytics in her 19-year career, successfully transferring her knowledge across industries from airlines to sports to entertainment. She leveraged her experience at American Airlines in Revenue Management and Corporate Sales to start the first Analytics team for the Cleveland Cavaliers, bringing the airline pricing model to the team's single game tickets, novel for the NBA at that time. After transforming the Analytics team to a highly regarded internal consulting team, Sezin joined Legendary Entertainment to help build the Applied Analytics team. Throughout her time at Legendary Sezin led many initiatives, all data-driven, to transform their greenlighting process and movie marketing.
Sezin holds a Bachelor of Science degree at Duke University and an MBA degree at Kellogg School of Management. In her free time, Sezin loves traveling, being involved in non-profits, and spending time with her husband, their 3 kids and dog.
