Parth Naidu is a seasoned esports professional and the founder and CEO of SIDO, an esports research group and consultancy. He is also a former head coach and general manager for TSM’s League of Legends division. During his tenure at TSM, Parth led the org to win an IEM World Championship and 5 LCS championships. Naidu is responsible for developing TSM’s performance program, including scouting and player development, and has managed and coordinated activations with major sponsors such as Logitech, Geico, and Gillette. He has also worked closely with Riot and other franchise team owners on the structure of the LCS. Currently, Parth serves as an esports advisor to Grey Matter Capital as well as other organizations in the esports industry.
