About

Jeremy Jacobs is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Louisiana State University (LSU) where he has trained multiple teams, including the 2020 National Championship football team.

Known as one of the premier Strength & Conditioning Departments in the nation, LSU continually leverages the latest weight room and on-field technology to enhance student athlete performance. Jeremy specifically oversees and manages the technology used inside the weight room, tracking everything from barbell speeds to force plate analysis.

Before LSU, Jeremy worked at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He also served as an Airborne Ranger in the United States Army, serving multiple tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Jeremy has a Master of Science degree in Pedagogy and Psychological Sciences from LSU. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCa).

Jeremy is married to his beautiful wife Alyssa Jacobs, and together they have one daughter. They live in Baton Rouge, LA.
