Jennifer Shahade is a chess champion, poker pro and author. She is a two-time United States Women's Chess Champion and was the first female to win the US Junior Open. The author of CHESS QUEENS, PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION, PLAY LIKE A GIRL and the forthcoming THINKING SIDEWAYS, Jennifer is known for making games more fun and inclusive. In 2023, she blew the whistle on a METOO case in chess, which has instigated a domino effect of change and gender equality in the sport.
