Heather Pease is the Vice President of Ticketing and Data Strategy at Angel City FC, the record-setting women’s soccer expansion team in Los Angeles. In her management of the ticketing and analytics departments, Angel City accomplished the below in their inaugural season:

• 16,000 Season Ticket Holders
• 4 sellouts of BMO Stadium’s 22,000 person capacity
• Averaged more than 19,000 fans per match
• NWSL leaders in ticketing revenue, attendance, and paid tickets
• Renewed at almost 90% for the 2023 season
• An average home game attendance that outperformed every other NWSL club as well as half of the Major League Soccer clubs and eight (8) Major League Baseball teams

Heather is passionate about turning data into action that drives efficiency and revenue. With over 15 years of experience in the sports industry, Heather has a diverse portfolio of experience in ticketing and sponsorship sales and marketing. In addition to Angel City FC, she has worked for the Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA, the San Francisco Giants in MLB, the LA Galaxy in MLS, and the Boston Breakers during the former Women’s Professional Soccer League.
