General Manager, Club Sites, NFL Digital Media George enters his sixth season with NFL Digital Media. As General Manager, Club Sites, George leads the team responsible for the digital, mobile and social assets of all 32 clubs. His primary focus for the past year has been on increasing traffic, engagement and monetization of all 32 clubs through data analysis, new product development and best practice recommendations. Prior to the fall of 2012, George led the transition of all 32 clubs to a centralized technology platform, the implementation of a network-wide social content management, the new feature implementation and the strategy recommendations for individual clubs. Previous to his work at the NFL, George worked for CBS as COO of their Official Athletic Site division, an entity devoted to providing Division I and II schools with a comprehensive website and suite of monetization tools. In this role George managed all aspects of the division, driving record annual revenue growth in advertising, commerce and subscription revenue from 2005 to 2008. During his 11 year tenure George was instrumental in partnering with over 200 athletic departments, and capturing an 80% market share among Big 6 schools. George has a BA in accounting and a MBA, Finance from the University of San Diego.
