Cole Figueroa joined the Tampa Bay Rays front office in 2016 after an 8-year professional playing career. Has spent the last three years serving as the Rays Assistant Director of Hitting Development, where he helped create synergies and communication pipelines between the Player Development and Research and Development teams. In November of 2021, was promoted to his current role as the Director of Baseball Operations with the Rays where he will focus on long term growth, procedures, and staff development – additionally, supporting work with the Rays major league roster, transactions, and outlook.
