Founder, Dr Bob Sports Bob Stoll started Dr Bob Sports in 1987 while studying statistics at UC Berkeley and has become one of the nation's most respected sports handicappers. Stoll's sports handicapping success led to a feature article in the Wall Street Journal and a segment on the debut episode of ESPN's E:60, as well as appearances on CNBC's Squawk Box.
