Ariana is currently the Vice President of Player Personnel at the Philadelphia 76ers and General Manager of the Delaware Blue Coats, the Sixers G-league affiliate. She joined the Sixers in 2024 after spending four years with the Memphis Grizzlies, most recently as their Director of Player Personnel, leading their high school and international scouting groups. Prior to this, while getting her MBA, she worked for Duke Basketball under Coach Mike Krzyzewski and Jon Scheyer as a player personnel consultant, and started her basketball front office career working in the Houston Rockets front office. Andonian graduated from the University of Southern California in 2015, with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law and received her MBA from Duke University in 2020.
