Will Whiston
Will Whiston is an Operating Advisor at Arctos Sports Partners, a leading sports investment platform, and Founder of Modern 10 Sports Advisory, enabling global sports properties and investors to innovatively capitalize on commercial rights.
Named a 2025 “Leader Under 40” by Leaders in Sport, Will was previously Executive Vice President, Olympics & Paralympics at On Location, where he led an international team in creating and executing the Olympic Games’ first-ever official global hospitality and travel program at the Paris 2024 Olympics. The revolutionary new commercial model, co-architected with the IOC, resulted in record hospitality revenue and guests for an Olympic Games.
An early member of On Location’s management team after it’s 2015 spin-out from the NFL, Will was previously Senior Vice President leading strategy, corporate development and rights partnerships, helping transform On Location into a global industry-leader that was acquired by Endeavor Group in 2020. Will played an instrumental role in acquisitions and integrations totaling $1 billion, including the Endeavor transaction, as well as securing and growing partnerships with premier properties, including the NFL, IOC, and Ryder Cup.
Starting his career in finance, at Morgan Stanley and private equity firm Castle Harlan, Will’s background blends investment rigor and entrepreneurial ambition.
Will received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Economy from Williams College, where he was a 4-year member of the soccer team.
His commitment to commercial innovation and redefining the fan experience is woven throughout Will's work. From launching Paris 2024’s ecommerce platform to 120+ countries, to first-ever products for Olympic sports like skateboarding, beach volleyball, and fencing, to opening the Team USA House to the general public for the first time ever.
Will resides in Connecticut with his wife, Kerry, and two boys, Rory and Finn.
