After serving 13 seasons as video coordinator for a BCS football program, Dr. Fadde earned his PhD. in Instructional Research and Design from Purdue University in 2002. His dissertation research involved training baseball pitch recognition using methods derived from expert-novice research. Dr. Fadde is now an associate professor and Coordinator of the Learning Systems Design and Technology (LSDT) graduate program at Southern Illinois University.
