Nicole LaPointe Jameson is the CEO of the North American esports organization, Evil Geniuses.

EG, one of the oldest and most recognizable brands in professional gaming, was founded in 1999. By bringing a new lens of growth opportunity and management to the esports space, Nicole revitalized the organization into a thriving company that has expanded in competitive titles, undergone a brand relaunch, and expanded their physical footprint from Seattle to LA.

A graduate of Columbia University, she enjoys drawing from her quantitative background in statistics and mathematics to mold calculated decisions on business operations and strategic opportunities to facilitate Evil Geniuses’ success. She boasts experience in capital allocation through private equity and portfolio company operations, bringing deep operating experience in distressed asset turnarounds across multiple verticals. Nicole, a Forbes 30 Under 30 lister, is also a board member of Tanvas, a Chicago-based haptic technology company.
