Martin Reeves is a Senior Partner and Managing Director in the New York office of The Boston Consulting Group and Global Director of the BCG Henderson Institute, BCG's think tank on business strategy. Current research themes include growth and resilience, strategy and artificial intelligence, diversity and performance, global digital hegemony, digital emergence, new bases of competitive advantage, corporate longevity, the lost art of CEO reflection, the humanity of corporations, and economic complexity. Martin is also author of a recent book on strategy, Your Strategy Needs a Strategy (HBR Press), which deals with choosing and executing the right approach in today's complex and dynamic business environment. Martin holds a triple first class MA in natural sciences from Cambridge University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He also studied Japanese at Osaka University of Foreign Studies and biophysics at the University of Tokyo.
