Director of Global Insights and Capabilities, Wasserman
Amy recently joined Wasserman as the Director of Global Insights and Capabilities. In this role, Amy will help further accelerate the innovation efforts in bringing new products and services to market, as well as continue to enhance current offerings. She will specifically be leading the capability development process and enhancement efforts. Amy joined Wasserman from Legends, where she was the Director of Analytics on the SoFi Stadium project. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing the functionality of all databases and technology platforms utilized for the suite sales, ticket sales and service. She owned the engine for the full customer journey - from lead generation and marketing campaigns to inventory management and financial reconciliation. Prior to Legends, Amy worked for the San Francisco Giants in Business Analytics and CRM where she launched the first instance of Salesforce CRM at any MLB team. Amy’s sports career began in 2009 with her hometown baseball team, the San Diego Padres. She also did an East Coast swing through NYC with MLBAM (Major League Baseball Advanced Media).
