Adam Klene is the Vice President of Strategy and Digital Experience for the Chicago Bulls. He leads efforts to drive strategic growth and enhance fan engagement through data-driven decision-making and innovative digital experiences. In his role, he oversees key day to day operational decisions around ticket pricing, inventory management, and fan research, while also leading digital marketing efforts and product development across web and mobile platforms. Adam also leads key strategic projects focused on growing revenue and fans.

Adam joined the Bulls in 2019 after previously working in Deloitte Consulting's Strategy and Analytics practice, where he focused on helping consumer products and retail companies grow revenue. His experience concentrated on promotional effectiveness, data-driven sales tactics, go-to-market strategy and implementing technology-enabled processes. In his time at the Bulls, he has overseen projects that have transformed how the Bulls think about dynamic ticket pricing and demand forecasting, supported efforts to modernize sales and service processes through technology, and helped cultivate a data-driven culture across the organization. His team has a broad scope and includes groups dedicated to Data and Technology, Ticketing Analytics, Fan Research, Strategic Projects, Digital Marketing, Digital Product and Premium Seating Analytics. Adam holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He lives in Chicago with his wife and puppy.
