Currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence for the San Jose Sharks, Tim leads a talented team of analysts in building and executing the data, reporting, and analytics infrastructure that fuels the entire Sharks Sports & Entertainment business. His work directly shapes strategic business decisions across critical functions such as Marketing, Ticket Sales & Services, Customer Experience, and Venue Operations, contributing to enhanced fan engagement and revenue growth.
Tim is committed to translating complex data into actionable insights and fostering a data-driven culture within the Sharks organization. He is adept at building and leading high-performing analytics teams and possesses exceptional communication skills, enabling him to effectively convey intricate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. His vision for long-term data application aims to position the Sharks organization as a pioneer in the future of sports and entertainment. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Joy and children Layla, Mason, and Camryn, and will lace up his skates for a spin on the ice any chance he gets.
