Tiffany Frits

Manager, Business Operations ESPN Stats and Information Group

About

Tiffany Frits manages the business operations for ESPN’s Stats and Information Group (SIG), acting as a liaison to external and internal groups, including Communications, Multimedia Sponsorship Integration, Marketing, and Finance. She has led major event sponsorship efforts for both the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and South by Southwest Festival, and uses business analytics to evaluate ROI for SIG’s current budget, metrics, processes and recruiting.

Before coming to ESPN, Frits focused on emerging sports by developing ticket pricing, onsite hospitality and sponsorship buy-in for organizers like UFC, F1, MotoGP, Breeders Cup and THE PLAYERS Championship, while analyzing data to increase digital and social traffic. The journalism graduate started her 12-year career as an Assistant Sports Information Director for D-l tennis, rowing and volleyball at West Virginia University.

Frits continues to play a large role in industry outreach efforts as Co-Chair of ESPN’s Enabled Group, focusing on how to best serve sports fans and staff with mental and physical disabilities, a two-time Women in Cable Television Mentor of the Year nominee, and an avid contributor to Make-A-Wish.
