The health and safety of our Conference participants is a top priority. With the risk of COVID-19 still present, the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference will be abiding by the most up-to-date safety protocols to protect the health and safety of Conference attendees, speakers, and staff. This policy details the health and safety protocols that all Conference attendees and staff will be asked to adhere to in order to participate in the event. These protocols include full vaccination against COVID-19, health checks upon arrival at the event, and proper wearing of a face covering/mask when indoors.

Our policies related to COVID-19 are subject to change based on the evolving nature of the pandemic and in accordance with mandates put in place by the City of Boston, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and MIT Sloan School of Management. Conference staff will check proof of vaccination for all guests at the point of registration by requiring one of the following: vaccine card, digital copy of vaccine card, printed copy of vaccine card, or digital app displaying vaccination status. Along with proof of vaccination, attendees will be required to show ID at the point of registration.

Health Checks Upon Arrival
All Conference attendees, speakers, and staff must complete a series of basic health checks upon arrival at the venue.

Face Coverings / Masks
Well fitting and properly worn face coverings must be worn indoors at the Conference at all times except when actively eating or drinking or presenting on stage at a safe distance from other speakers and the audience.
