Sarah Bailey currently serves as the Director of Football Research & Development for the Tennessee Titans in which she leverages data to drive performance across multiple sectors including player acquisition, game strategy, and sports science. Prior to her role with the Titans, Sarah spent 6 seasons with the Los Angeles Rams during which the Rams appeared in the 2018 Super Bowl and won the championship in 2022. With a Masters degree in Statistics from Simon Fraser University and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the Pacific, Sarah combines analytics with on-field experience. Her background as a former NCAA Division 1 Track and Field Athlete enhances her understanding of the dynamics of sports.
