Nancy Lee is SVP, Chief of Staff to Robert A. Iger, CEO ofThe Walt Disney Company. She leads operations and protocols of the CEO’s officeto help direct the company’s most critical business priorities.

Previously, Ms. Lee served as President of AquariusVentures, overseeing investment strategy across a portfolio of ventures led byMr. Iger before his return to Disney in November 2022.

Prior to that, Ms. Lee served as SVP, Commercial Marketingand Integrated Planning for Disney’s TV networks (ABC, ESPN, Disney Channel, NationalGeographic, FX, Freeform).

Ms. Lee started her Disney career in the Corporate Strategygroup, where she managed global strategic initiatives and M&A transactions,including the acquisition of Lucasfilm.

Prior to Disney, Ms. Lee was at Goldman Sachs in Technology,Media and Telecommunications investment banking. She began her career as acorporate attorney at several Boston law firms.

Ms. Lee served on the board of directors of NationalGeographic Partners from 2019-2022. She currently sits on the board of APIAScholars, the US’s largest non-profit providing greater higher education accessfor Asians and Pacific Islanders, as well as the Georgetown University LawAlumni Board.

She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, a JD from Georgetown, and aBA from the University of Chicago.
