Andrew joined the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), a North American tour-based professional lacrosse league in 2018 as its first employee. As COO for the PLL, he oversees operations for the league, which includes events (site selection through execution), lacrosse operations, merchandise, finance and other business operations.  

Previously, Andrew worked at Spartan Race, the global obstacle race company operating in 25+ countries. He joined the company as an early-stage employee and helped lead operations, strategy and finance as the company’s Senior Director of Strategic Operations. He began his career as a paralegal at the international law firm Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.  

Andrew holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Wharton Business School and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Bowdoin College where he was also a member of the varsity lacrosse team.
