Matt Yancey
Matt Yancey joined Ticketmaster in 2017 as an analyst and currently serves as Director of Commercial Strategy, covering the company’s major sports verticals. He leads a team focused on analyzing the performance of Ticketmaster’s marketplace and executing data-driven programs to drive incremental ticket sales and revenue growth. Matt also partners directly with Ticketmaster’s sports clients — including leagues, teams, and other rights holders — to assess individual ticket markets, diagnose over- and under-performance, and recommend practical strategies for generating demand, sell-through, and overall ticketing yield.
Prior to Ticketmaster, Matt held roles in management consulting, marketing analytics, and corporate finance. He earned both his MBA and bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University — where the 2026 College Football National Championship trophy currently resides.
