Markus completed his PhD in Exercise Physiology during which time he was also a consultant to the New Zealand All Blacks and other elite teams in various sports. His passion for using technology to monitor athletes and improve performance led Markus to return to Australia and start-up Fusion Sport in January 2003. In his role as CEO Markus maintains an active role working with a range of clients and technology partners.
