Connor Pardoe

CEO, Professional Pickleball Association

About

Connor Pardoe is the commissioner and CEO of the PPA Tour — the home of professional and amateur pickleball competition. He founded the PPA Tour back in 2018 after spending his early career managing the active senior living portfolio, Harmony Hills, from 2017-2020. His vision for pickleball has transformed the industry from a recreational activity to a burgeoning sports powerhouse that has captured the attention of the nation. A graduate of the University of Utah in business management, Pardoe now divides his time between PPA Tour headquarters in Dallas and his hometown in Salt Lake City. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Carli, and has two sets of twins: Cannon, Grayson, Truman, and Millie. When he is not on the road directing tournament and tour operations, Pardoe enjoys competing in all types of sports and spending time with his wife and family.
