Alec Halaby is Vice President of Football Operations and Strategy for the Philadelphia Eagles. In that capacity, Halaby focuses on player evaluation, player acquisition, and team-building strategy, with an emphasis on integrating analytical and traditional methods in football decision-making. He works closely with Eagles’ Executive Vice President of Football Operations Howie Roseman. Prior to assuming his current role in 2016, Halaby served for three years as special assistant to the general manager. He graduated from Harvard University in 2009 and began his NFL career as an intern with the Eagles football operations department that season.
