Tal is the Conference Co-Lead for the 2024 Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and a 2nd year MBA student at MIT. This past summer, she interned with the NBA on the Global Strategy & Innovation team. Prior to Sloan, Tal worked as a Telecom, Media, and Technology strategy consultant at Altman Solon. Within the media practice, she worked on a number of sports strategy projects. She previously graduated from MIT with a dual Bachelor’s degree in both Business Analytics and Economics. A former 4-year Division I athlete, Tal is a competitive rower, having competed and won races internationally. Aside from rowing, this Philly native and Boston transplant’s sports fandom extends to the Sixers, Celtics, and Formula 1.
