Conference Co-Lead
Patrick is one of the Co-Leads for the 2026 Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and a second-year LGO student at MIT, pursuing dual master’s degrees in Business and Civil Engineering. He is currently on a six-month research fellowship at Verizon, where he works on the analytics team focused on forecasting and optimization. Prior to Sloan, Patrick was a Senior Engineer at Appian, a software firm based in Virginia.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Patrick earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Economics from Penn State, where he served as head coach of the club baseball team and won a 2018 club national championship. He still plays men’s league hockey and softball and is a lifelong Philly sports fan who’s still riding high from the Eagles’ Super Bowl win.
