Leadership

Kelly is the Competitions Lead for the 2025 Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and a second-year MBA student at MIT Sloan. This past summer, she interned with Capital One in New York. Prior to Sloan, Kelly worked as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin Space, where she led initiatives in enterprise AI and high-performance computing optimization.

Kelly graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Computational Engineering and is a Longhorns and Steelers fan.
