Kat is the co-lead of the Content team for the 2026 MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and is in her final year of a dual-degree MBA at MIT and MPA in International Development at the Harvard Kennedy School. This past summer, she was a Mosaic Fellow and interned with Spring Lane Capital at their Boston office. She was born and raised in Manila, where she worked on renewable energy project development and investment as well as sustainable transportation policy prior to graduate school.

Kat graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a BS in Management Engineering. She is a big supporter of Filipino sports stars Carlos Yulo (gymnastics), Alex Eala (women's tennis) and EJ Obiena (pole vault), and a huge fan of professional road cycling (especially the chaotic one-day races).
